Internationally renowned packaging manufacturer Plastech has selected iport to deploy a unique sales and service portal. Having looked for many years to find a suitable CRM solution, Managing Director Tom Stirling finally selected iport as the most flexible and adaptable solution for his needs due to its flexibility and adaptability to his business vision.
The system will be integrated tightly into Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and will cover two main production locations as well as allowing access for Plastech’s European customer base.
In addition to the more normal CRM functions, the finished portal will include a quotation builder and also a fully functioning production management system.
